5月31日（日）、プロビジョナルオープン10周年を記念するイベントが開催されました。当日はメンバーおよびご家族あわせて95名にご参加いただき、チーム戦によるゴルフコンペティションとパーティが盛大に行われました。


On Sunday, May 31, a special event was held to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Provisional Open. A total of 95 members and family members participated, enjoying a team golf competition followed by a lively post-round party.


今回は初めての試みとして、キャロウェイゴルフ様に特別なご協力をいただき、クラブおよびパターのフィッティング体験会・試打会を実施いたしました。


As a first-time initiative, we were delighted to receive special support from Callaway Golf, who hosted an exclusive club and putter fitting experience and demo day.


長年にわたりツアープロのサポートを務め、数多くのゴルファーのフィッティングを手がけてきた経験豊富なフィッターによるアドバイスのもと、一人ひとりに最適なスペックを選定していただける貴重な機会となりました。最新の弾道測定器によるデータをもとに、最新モデルのヘッドやシャフトを試打しながら、それぞれの違いやフィーリングを体感していただき、多くの皆さまに芝の上から行う本格的なクラブフィッティングをお楽しみいただきました。


Participants had the unique opportunity to receive personalized fitting recommendations from highly experienced fitters who have spent many years supporting tour professionals and fitting golfers of all skill levels. Using state-of-the-art launch monitor technology, guests tested the latest club heads and shafts while analyzing their performance data and experiencing the differences in feel and ball flight.


Many participants thoroughly enjoyed the rare opportunity to experience a professional club fitting conducted on natural turf, allowing them to evaluate equipment under real playing conditions and discover the specifications best suited to their game.


また当日は、理事長杯決勝戦が27ホールのマッチプレー形式で行われ、東京クラシッククラブ2026年度理事長杯チャンピオンが決定いたしました。


Also on the day, the final match of the President's Cup was contested over 27 holes in a match-play format, culminating in the crowning of the 2026 Tokyo Classic Club President's Cup Champion.


チャンピオンを懸けた一戦は、川島マークさんと横山かやきさんによる対戦となり、4＆3で横山かやきさんが勝利。見事、2026年度理事長杯チャンピオンの栄冠を手にされました。


The championship match featured Mark Kawashima and Kayaki Yokoyama. In a highly anticipated contest, Mr. Yokoyama secured a convincing 4&3 victory to claim the prestigious title of 2026 President's Cup Champion.


横山さんのお名前は、2026年度チャンピオンとして理事長杯トロフィーおよびチャンピオンボードに刻まれます。


In recognition of this achievement, Mr. Yokoyama’s name will be engraved on both the President's Cup Trophy and the Champions Board as the 2026 Champion.


表彰式では、西村理事長より優勝杯が授与されるとともに、昨年度理事長杯チャンピオンの三宅さんより、副賞としてアルマン・ド・ブリニャック ゴールドボトルと、来年度理事長杯決勝前日までご利用いただけるチャンピオンロッカーキーが贈呈されました。


At the awards ceremony, Chairman Nishimura presented the President's Cup Trophy to the champion. In addition, last year’s President's Cup Champion, Mr. Miyake, presented the winner with a bottle of Armand de Brignac Gold and the Champion’s Locker Key, a special privilege granting exclusive use of the Champion’s Locker until the day before next year’s President's Cup Final.



チームイベントでは、チーム全員のベストボールを選択しながらプレーする「アンブローズゲーム」を採用しました。全員がティーショットを打ち、2打目以降はチームで最も有利なボールを選択してプレーを続けます。ただし、ティーショットについては各プレーヤーのボールを最低3ホール以上採用しなければならないルールとし、チームワークと戦略性が求められる競技形式となりました。


For the team competition, an Ambrose format was adopted, in which teams selected and played from the best ball position after each shot.


All players hit a tee shot on every hole, and the team then chose the most favorable ball from which all team members played their next shots. This process continued until the ball was holed. To ensure balanced participation and strategic decision-making, each player’s tee shot was required to be used on a minimum of three holes during the round.


順位は、チームのグロススコアをもとにダブルペリア方式でハンディキャップを算出し決定いたしました。各ホールのスコア、トータルハンディキャップともに上限を設けず集計を行い、白熱した戦いが繰り広げられました。


Team standings were determined using the Double Peoria handicap system, with handicaps calculated based on each team's gross score. No maximum limits were applied to either hole scores or total handicaps, resulting in a highly competitive and exciting contest throughout the day.


賞品として、ベストグロスチームには「東京クラシッククラブ オリジナルフーディー」を贈呈。また、10周年を記念し、第10位のチームには「東京クラシック馬主クラブ 乗馬利用券」と「東京クラシッククラブ オリジナルポロシャツ」が贈られました。


As prizes, the Best Gross Team was awarded the Tokyo Classic Club Original Hoodie.


In celebration of the club’s 10th Anniversary, the team finishing in 10th place received a Tokyo Classic Horse Owners Club Riding Voucher along with a Tokyo Classic Club Original Polo Shirt as commemorative prizes.



さらに、準優勝チームには「東京クラシッククラブ テラスBBQ（4名様分）」と「東京クラシッククラブ オリジナルポロシャツ」、そして栄えある優勝チームには「東京クラシッククラブ ジャックズルーム1日利用券」、「アルマン・ド・ブリニャック ゴールドボトル1本」、「東京クラシッククラブ オリジナルポロシャツ」が進呈されました。


In addition, the Runner-Up Team received a Tokyo Classic Club Terrace BBQ Experience for Four Guests and Tokyo Classic Club Original Polo Shirts.


The Champion Team was awarded a One-Day Exclusive Use Voucher for Tokyo Classic Club’s Jack’s Room, a bottle of Armand de Brignac Gold, and Tokyo Classic Club Original Polo Shirts in recognition of their outstanding performance.

The ever-popular “Mulligan Ticket Lucky Prize” was also held during the event, generating great excitement among participants with a variety of unique and highly sought-after prizes that money simply cannot buy.


In addition, proceeds totaling ¥570,000 from the Lucky Prize fundraiser will be carefully allocated toward prizes for staff tournaments, the operation of various staff events, and the enhancement of future Lucky Prize offerings. パーティでは、キャロウェイゴルフのクラブとボールを使用したドラコンコンテストおよびニアピンコンテストをテラスにて開催いたしました。


なかでも、テラスから15番ホールのフェアウェイに向かって打つドラコンコンテストは、約8年ぶりの開催となりました。多くのギャラリーが見守るなか、300ヤードを超えるビッグドライブが飛び出し、クラブハウスは大きな歓声と熱気に包まれました。


During the party, a Long Drive Contest and Closest-to-the-Pin Contest were held on the terrace using Callaway Golf clubs and golf balls.


A particular highlight was the Long Drive Contest, in which participants teed off from the terrace toward the fairway of the 15th hole. This popular event was held for the first time in approximately eight years and attracted a large gallery of spectators.


As several drives soared beyond 300 yards, the clubhouse was filled with excitement, cheers, and applause, creating one of the most memorable moments of the day.



また、昨年4月より東京クラシッククラブでは、国際基準のプライベートクラブにふさわしいメンバーシップ文化を育む制度として、「プリメンバー制度」の運用を開始しております。


今回のプロビジョナルオープン10周年記念イベントには、ご登録いただいているプリメンバーの皆さまにも、ご紹介いただいたメンバーの皆さまとともにご参加いただき、クラブの魅力やAtmosphereを体感していただく貴重な機会となりました。


Since April of last year, Tokyo Classic Club has been operating its Pre-Member Program, an initiative designed to foster a membership culture aligned with the standards and traditions of leading international private clubs.


At the Provisional Open 10th Anniversary Event, registered Pre-Members were invited to participate alongside the members who introduced them to the club. The event provided a valuable opportunity for these prospective members to experience firsthand the unique character, hospitality, and atmosphere that define Tokyo Classic Club.
