2026年3月3日、東京クラシッククラブにおいて、中長期的なクラブ運営方針の検討を目的に、第7回カントリークラブ委員会が開催されました。
本委員会では、グランドオープン10周年記念イベントや、Waialae Country Clubメンバーとのフェローシップイベントの開催について、活発な意見交換が行われました。
On March 3, 2026, the 7th Country Club Committee Meeting was held at Tokyo Classic Club to discuss the club’s mid- to long-term operational strategy.
During the meeting, active discussions took place regarding the 10th Anniversary Grand Opening events, as well as the organization of a fellowship event with members of Waialae Country Club.

報告事項 Reports
● グランドオープン10周年記念イベントについて
12月11日（金）19時より、東京アメリカンクラブにて開催するガラディナーについては、正式決定事項として準備を進める。
ガラディナーの案内をメンバーへ速やかに送付する。差出人は理事長名とし、案内にはプロアマ戦の詳細は記載せず、ガラディナーの内容を先行して案内する。
クラブ選手権決勝の日程は11月22日（日）とし、プロアマ戦についても同日開催を前提に調整を進める。併せてゴルフ委員会へ協力を依頼する。
クラブ選手権チャンピオンの表彰式については、ガラディナー内で実施する方向で検討する。
プロアマ戦については、開催日程、運営方法、招待プロの選定、参加費等の詳細を事務局で引き続き検討し、次回委員会にて再提案する。
NPO法人および一般社団法人の設立については、東京クラシッククラブとの関係性や運営の透明性を明確にした詳細案を事務局で作成し、改めてメンバーへ諮る。
チャリティの寄付先および意思決定プロセスについても、引き続き検討を行う。
エンターテインメント企画については、淺野委員へ個別に相談し、協力を依頼する。
● 10th Anniversary Grand Opening Events
The Gala Dinner scheduled for Friday, December 11, at 7:00 p.m. at the Tokyo American Club will proceed as a confirmed event.
A Gala Dinner invitation will be distributed to members as soon as possible under the Chairman's name. The invitation will focus solely on the Gala Dinner and will not include details regarding the Pro-Am event at this stage.
The Club Championship Final will be scheduled for Sunday, November 22, and arrangements will be made to hold the Pro-Am event on the same day. Assistance from the Golf Committee will be requested.
The presentation ceremony for the Club Champion will be incorporated into the Gala Dinner program.
The Secretariat will continue to review and develop details of the Pro-Am event, including the schedule, format, selection of professional players, participation fees, and other related matters, and will present a revised proposal at the next committee meeting.
Regarding the establishment of an NPO and a General Incorporated Association, the Secretariat will prepare a detailed proposal clarifying the relationship with Tokyo Classic Club and ensuring operational transparency before seeking members’ feedback.
The selection of charitable beneficiaries and the related decision-making process will continue to be discussed.
For the entertainment program, Committee Member Asano will be consulted individually and invited to assist with planning and coordination.
● Waialae Country Club メンバーとのフェローシップイベント開催について
本年1月に開催された理事会において、川島マーク理事より、ハワイ・ホノルルの名門 Waialae Country Club とのメンバー交流について提案がありました。理事各位ならびに運営側もその趣旨に賛同し、現在、具体化に向けた準備を進めています。
Waialae Country Club メンバーの来日にあわせ、2026年5月21日（木）に、双方約20名ずつ、計40名規模での親善ラウンドを東京クラシッククラブにて開催する方向で調整を進めています。東京クラシッククラブからの参加者は、先着20名で募集する予定です。
本件は単発のイベントではなく、将来的なクラブ間の関係強化を見据えた第一歩と位置付けています。Waialae Country Club は、これまで他クラブとのレシプロ契約を締結してこなかった歴史がありますが、当クラブの理念や方向性を高く評価いただいており、段階的に関係を深めていく可能性について前向きな姿勢を示されています。
将来的には、両クラブのメンバーが相互にプレーできる双方向の関係構築も視野に入れながら、まずはメンバー同士の交流と信頼関係の醸成を重視して進めてまいります。
現在、別紙にて参加者募集案内を準備しております。開催までの期間が限られているため、早急にメンバーへ案内を送付する予定です。
● Fellowship Event with Members of Waialae Country Club
At the Board Meeting held in January of this year, Director Mark Kawashima proposed an initiative to foster member exchanges with Waialae Country Club, one of Honolulu's most prestigious private clubs. The Board and management team supported the concept, and preparations are currently underway to bring the initiative to fruition.
In conjunction with a visit to Japan by members of Waialae Country Club, we are coordinating a fellowship golf event at Tokyo Classic Club on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The event is expected to bring together approximately 20 members from each club, for a total of around 40 participants. Participation from Tokyo Classic Club members will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with 20 available spots.
This initiative is intended to be more than a one-time event; it represents the first step toward building a long-term relationship between the two clubs. While Waialae Country Club has historically not entered into reciprocal arrangements with other clubs, its leadership has expressed strong appreciation for Tokyo Classic Club's vision and values and has indicated a willingness to explore a deeper relationship over time.
Looking ahead, both clubs envision the possibility of establishing a two-way relationship that would allow members of each club to enjoy playing opportunities at the other club. For now, however, the primary focus will be on fostering friendship, mutual understanding, and trust among members.
A separate invitation and participant registration notice is currently being prepared. Given the limited time remaining before the event, the information will be distributed to members as soon as possible.

The 8th Country Club Committee Meeting (Held on May 18, 2026)
2026年5月18日、東京クラシッククラブにおいて、中長期的なクラブ運営方針の検討を目的に、第8回カントリークラブ委員会が開催されました。
本委員会では、Waialae Country Club メンバーとのフェローシップイベントの開催中止、グランドオープン10周年記念イベント、10周年記念チャリティガラディナー、ならびにチャリティ活動の方向性について活発な意見交換が行われました。
On May 18, 2026, the 8th Country Club Committee Meeting was held at Tokyo Classic Club to discuss the club's mid- to long-term operational strategy.
During the meeting, active discussions were held regarding the cancellation of the fellowship event with members of Waialae Country Club, the 10th Anniversary Grand Opening celebrations, the 10th Anniversary Charity Gala Dinner, and the overall direction of the club's charitable initiatives.

● Waialae Country Club メンバーとのフェローシップイベント開催中止について
第7回委員会にてご報告したとおり、2026年5月21日（木）に東京クラシッククラブで開催を予定していた、Waialae Country Club メンバーとのフェローシップイベントについては、先方のスケジュール調整が困難となったため、開催を見送ることとなりました。
参加をお申し込みいただいていたメンバーの皆様には、すでに個別にご連絡およびご説明を行っております。
Waialae Country Club との関係については、今後も将来的な交流実現に向けた取り組みを継続してまいります。今回の開催見送りによって両クラブ間の良好な関係が損なわれるものではなく、今後あらためて適切な機会を見極めながら交流の実現を目指してまいります。
● Cancellation of the Fellowship Event with Members of Waialae Country Club
As reported at the 7th Committee Meeting, the fellowship event with members of Waialae Country Club, which had been scheduled to take place at Tokyo Classic Club on Thursday, May 21, 2026, has been postponed due to scheduling difficulties on the part of the visiting club.
Members who had registered to participate have already been contacted individually and provided with an explanation regarding the cancellation.
Tokyo Classic Club remains committed to pursuing future opportunities for engagement with Waialae Country Club. This postponement does not affect the positive relationship between the two clubs, and both parties remain interested in exploring appropriate opportunities for member exchanges in the future.
● グランドオープン10周年記念イベントについて
11月22日に開催予定のグランドオープン10周年記念イベントは、従来どおりの競技会形式にて実施する。なお、本年度のプロアマ戦は開催しない。
10周年記念企画の一環として、過去10年間の歴代クラブチャンピオンをガラディナーにて紹介・表彰する企画について検討する。本件は委員からの提案によるものであり、今後詳細を調整していく。
● 10th Anniversary Grand Opening Event
The 10th Anniversary Grand Opening Event, scheduled for November 22, will be conducted in the club's traditional tournament format. The Pro-Am event, however, will not be held this year.
As part of the 10th anniversary celebrations, the Committee will explore a proposal to recognize and honor the Club Champions from the past ten years during the Gala Dinner. This idea was proposed by a committee member and will be subject to further review and coordination.
● 10周年記念チャリティガラディナーについて
12月11日（金）19時より、東京アメリカンクラブにて10周年記念チャリティガラディナーを開催する（開催決定）。
第8回カントリークラブ委員会では、「参加費は会員種別を問わず一律10万円（参加費5万円、チャリティ寄付5万円）とし、施設利用クレジットについては支払い方法の選択肢の一つとして案内するにとどめる」という方向性で協議が行われた。
その後、麦野委員長との協議を重ねた結果、最終的に参加費は会員・ゲストともに一律5万円とし、施設利用クレジットを参加費に充当する案については取り下げることとなった。
申込書にはテーブルおよび座席の希望を記入できる欄を設ける。なお、ご希望に沿えない場合がある旨をあらかじめ案内する。
申込受付については、株主会員を最優先とし、会員種別ごとに申込期間を段階的に設定したうえで順次募集を開始する方向で調整を進める。
案内発送については、まず個別でのお声がけを行い、反応を確認しながら進めることとし、5月から6月にかけて実施する。
2026年6月1日、全メンバーへガラディナー開催の案内を送付した。
● 10th Anniversary Charity Gala Dinner
The 10th Anniversary Charity Gala Dinner has been confirmed and will be held at the Tokyo American Club on Friday, December 11, starting at 7:00 p.m.
During the 8th Country Club Committee Meeting, discussions were held based on a proposal to set the participation fee at ¥100,000 per person for all membership categories, consisting of a ¥50,000 event fee and a ¥50,000 charitable contribution. Facility Usage Credits would be presented only as one of several payment options.
Following further discussions with Committee Chairman Mugino, it was ultimately decided that the participation fee would be set at a flat rate of ¥50,000 for both members and guests, and the proposal to apply Facility Usage Credits toward the participation fee was withdrawn.
The registration form will include a section where attendees may indicate their preferred table and seating arrangements. Participants will be advised in advance that specific requests may not always be accommodated.
Registration priority will be given to Shareholder Members, with enrollment periods being opened in phases according to membership category.
Invitations will be distributed progressively, beginning with personal outreach to gauge member interest and response, followed by broader communication between May and June.
On June 1, 2026, an official announcement regarding the Gala Dinner was distributed to all members.
● チャリティの方向性について
チャリティ資金の使途およびNPO法人等の設立については、カントリークラブ委員会ではなく、適切な委員会において検討・承認を行ったうえで方向性を整理し、案内発送前にメンバーへ共有する。
ガラディナーに出席できないメンバー向けの寄付参加の仕組みについては、寄付先の決定後にあらためて検討する。
● Direction of the Charity Initiative
The allocation of charitable funds and the potential establishment of an NPO or similar organization will be reviewed and authorized through the appropriate committee rather than the Country Club Committee. The agreed direction will be communicated to members prior to the distribution of event-related materials.
A mechanism that would allow members who are unable to attend the Gala Dinner to participate through donations will be considered separately once the charitable beneficiaries have been determined.
