今号では、グローバルスタンダード委員会の活動状況およびこれまでの取り組みについてご報告いたします。

前回の会報発刊以降、正式な委員会開催には至っておりませんが、西木委員長をはじめとする各委員の皆様には、日常のクラブ運営における重要な検討事項に対し、継続的かつ多大なご助言・ご協力を賜っております。特に西野支配人との連携のもと、「プリメンバー制度」や「会則改定」に関して数多くの建設的なご意見を頂戴し、制度設計および運用の精度を高めるうえで、極めて重要な示唆をいただきました。

本年度につきましては、料金改定に際し同委員会の皆様に多大なるご尽力をいただいた経緯を踏まえ、あえて新たな活動や会合の設定は行わず、クラブ全体として運営の安定と定着を優先する一年といたしました。

一方で、来年度以降は、今年実施したインターナショナルイベントの成果検証や、インターナショナルメンバー制度の見直しなどをテーマに、再び同委員会の知見をお借りしながら、国際基準に即したクラブ運営のさらなる高度化を図っていく予定です。

クラブの理念と運営品質をより一層高め、世界に通用するプライベートクラブとして進化を続けていくうえで、グローバルスタンダード委員会が担う役割は今後も極めて重要であると考えております。

日頃よりご尽力を賜っている委員の皆様に、改めて心より御礼申し上げます。

なお、次回のグローバルスタンダード委員会の開催予定につきましては、決まり次第、次号以降にてご案内申し上げます。

In this issue, we are pleased to report on the current status of the Global Standards Committee and to provide an overview of its ongoing initiatives to date.

Since the publication of our previous newsletter, the Committee has not convened for a formal meeting. Nevertheless, under the leadership of Chairman Nishiki, the Committee members have continued to offer invaluable guidance and support on a range of important matters related to the Club’s day-to-day operations. In particular, through close collaboration with General Manager Nishino, we received numerous constructive insights regarding the Pre-Member Program and revisions to the Club Rules. These contributions have provided essential guidance in enhancing both the precision of our institutional design and the effectiveness of its implementation.

In light of the considerable efforts extended by the Committee in connection with this year’s fee revisions, we made a deliberate decision to refrain from initiating new activities or convening additional meetings during the current fiscal year. Instead, the Club has prioritized operational stability and the successful establishment of recently implemented measures.

Looking ahead to the coming year, we plan to once again draw upon the expertise of the Global Standards Committee as we evaluate the outcomes of this year’s international events and consider a review of the International Membership framework. Through these discussions, we aim to further elevate our club operations in alignment with global standards.

As we continue to enhance both our guiding philosophy and the quality of our operations, and to evolve as a private club that meets and exceeds international expectations, we believe the role of the Global Standards Committee will remain of paramount importance.

We would like to take this opportunity to once again express our sincere appreciation to all Committee members for their continued dedication and support.
