東京クラシッククラブでは「国際基準の洗練されたプライベートクラブ」実現に向けて様々な職種のスタッフが日々最高のサービスを目指し働いています。

今回は4名のスタッフを紹介させていただきます。

At Tokyo Classic Club, a diverse team of professionals works each day with a shared dedication to delivering the highest level of service, as we continue to pursue our vision of becoming a refined private club that meets international standards.

In this issue, we are pleased to introduce 4 members of our staff who contribute to this commitment through their respective roles.

メンバーの皆様にひと言　 A Message to Our Members	フロントの佐藤です。 入社してまだ日が浅いですが、メンバーの皆様がより良いクラブライフを送れるよう、誠心誠意頑張ります。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 My name is Sato, and I am a member of the Front Office team. Although I am still new to the club, I am committed to serving our members with sincerity and dedication, and to doing my utmost to help ensure that each of you enjoys a fulfilling and rewarding club life. I look forward to serving you and appreciate your kind support.

【部門長　片山マネージャーからのひと言】

高校卒業後、新卒社員として入社し今年2年目になります。入社当初は初めての社会人生活、初めての接客、全てが初めてのことだらけでとまどいや不安が大きかったと思いますが、持ち前の精神力と地道な努力でぐんぐんと力をつけてきており、今ではフロント業務もそつなくこなせるようになってきました。

まだまだ伸びしろがあり、これからの東京クラシッククラブを担うスタッフに成長して欲しいと願っております。メンバーの皆様からの暖かい支援、ご指導ご鞭撻のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

A Word from Department Head, Manager Katayama

After joining the company as a new graduate following high school, this year marks their second year with us. At the outset, everything was new—from life as a working professional to customer service itself—and it is natural that there were moments of uncertainty and anxiety. However, through strong mental resilience and steady, diligent effort, they have continued to grow remarkably, and are now able to handle front desk operations with confidence and professionalism.

There is still great potential ahead, and I sincerely hope they will continue to develop into a staff member who will help support and shape the future of Tokyo Classic Club. I kindly ask our members for their warm support, guidance, and continued encouragement.

これまでの経歴　Professional Background	2012年にレイクウッド総成カントリークラブのコース管理に入社。3年間務めました。その後、冨里カレドニアンに入社。その後に恩師の紹介でゴルフ場コース管理コンサル会社に入社して、狭山ゴルフクラブ西コース管理主任をまかされました。2024年11月に、東京クラシッククラブに入社し現在に至ります。 I began my career in 2012 in course maintenance at Lakewood Sōnari Country Club, where I worked for three years. After that, I joined Tomisato Caledonian Golf Club, and was later introduced by my mentor to a golf course maintenance consulting company. Through that experience, I was appointed as Course Maintenance Supervisor for the West Course at Sayama Golf Club. In November 2024, I joined Tokyo Classic Club. I look forward to contributing my experience and knowledge to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our course, and I appreciate your continued support.

これまでの経歴　Professional Background	幼少期のサッカーから始まり、野球・ゴルフと常にスポーツと携わってきました。高校野球では県大会決勝で敗退し、惜しくも甲子園出場は叶いませんでした。その後、成田市のゴルフ場にて研修生として腕を磨き、プロテストを受験。 プロテスト断念後、そのままゴルフ場に正社員として残り、キャディマスター室、フロントを経験し、3年前に東京クラシッククラブに入社しました。 I have been involved in sports throughout my life, beginning with soccer in my early childhood, followed by baseball and golf. During my high school baseball years, our team advanced to the prefectural championship game, but we were narrowly defeated and unfortunately fell just short of qualifying for Koshien. After graduating, I trained as a golf apprentice at a golf course in Narita City, where I honed my skills and challenged the professional qualifying examination. After deciding to step away from pursuing a professional playing career, I continued on as a full-time employee at the same golf course, gaining experience in the Caddie Master’s Office and at the Front Desk. I joined Tokyo Classic Club three years ago, where I continue to apply the lessons and experiences gained throughout my journey in sports and golf.

これまでの経歴　Professional Background	2016年4月　東京クラシッククラブのオープニングスタッフでフロントマネージャーとして着任。 前職のゴルフ場ではレストラン業務も兼務していたこともあり、東京クラシッククラブでもフロントとレストランの両業務を担当。 2019年副支配人に就任。主にクラブハウス内のオペレーションや人事、管理業務を担当。今に至る。 In April 2016, I joined Tokyo Classic Club as a member of the opening team, assuming the role of Front Office Manager. At my previous golf club, I was also responsible for restaurant operations, and at Tokyo Classic Club I have similarly overseen both front office and restaurant functions. In 2019, I was appointed Deputy General Manager, taking primary responsibility for clubhouse operations, as well as human resources and administrative management, a role I continue to hold today.
メンバーの皆様にひと言　 A Message to Our Members	私が東京クラシッククラブに入社してから早いもので9年が経ちました。 私個人としてはノンストップで駆け抜けた9年間でしたが、メンバーの皆様、働いているスタッフ達のおかげで人としての成長と、人生の充実を得られることができております。 東京クラシッククラブはこれからも成長を続け、他では得られない感動、経験をメンバーの皆様に提供できると確信しています。 これからも変わらぬ姿勢でクラブ運営に向き合い、メンバーの皆様にとって誇りに思っていただける東京クラシッククラブであり続けられるよう、尽力してまいります。 It has already been nine years since I joined Tokyo Classic Club. For me personally, these nine years have passed in what feels like a nonstop journey. Yet it is thanks to our members and the dedicated staff with whom I work that I have been able to grow as an individual and find deep fulfillment in my professional life. I am confident that Tokyo Classic Club will continue to evolve, offering our members inspiration and experiences that cannot be found elsewhere. With the same unwavering commitment as always, I will continue to devote myself to the management of the club, striving to ensure that Tokyo Classic Club remains a place our members can take pride in for many years to come.
